A Few Items

Country Estates Residents,
Just a reminder that this Saturday, April 6th from 7 am to 2 pm is our first Neighborhood Garage Sale, which is being held in conjunction with Crescent Ridge. This is an exciting opportunity to bring our neighborhoods together and to get a little Spring cleaning done.
Also, you may have seen that we have added an additional set of solar powered lights to one of our entrances. Our goal, of course, is to put lights at all our entrances. Because these lights along with the street topper signs are part of our neighborhood improvements and grant, please help keep a watchful eye on them. We’ve already had one report of some kids “checking out” our lights.
Lastly, thank you to those of you who have made a donation towards this year’s grant. Your generosity is appreciated. Can’t make a financial donation? No problem. We can always use help in other areas!
Thanks for all you are doing to help our neighborhood. We’ve already heard from a local realtor that our efforts are making a positive difference.

First Ever Neighborhood Garage Sale

Country Estates Residents,
Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 6th for our first Neighborhood Garage Sale from 7 am – 2 pm. This is a “rain or shine” event.
The HOA of Crescent Ridge has invited our neighborhood to participate along with them in their first ever neighborhood garage sale. Their HOA is graciously advertising the event through various social media, including Craiglist and local area newspapers with no cost to us. By participating along with Crescent Ridge, we will help “scratch each other’s backs” so to speak but more importantly show our Owasso community how neighborhoods can work together for a greater good.
Your participation is voluntary of course, but you probably are ready to do some Spring cleaning.
CENN will try to purchase some signs at each entrance about the day of the garage sale. Please let your neighbors know about the event since we are not sending out any flyers. We are relying on word of mouth, email, our website, and Facebook.
This should be a great event for both neighborhoods. If you have any questions or comments, please let us know.
